Sweetwater at Lake Conroe is located on the lake and has several nearby marinas to choose from. The lake offers fishing, sailing, water skiing, and much more. There are 27 holes of golf on site and about a dozen more courses in the area. If you feel like swimming, enjoy one of four outdoor pools. Afterward take a relaxing dip in the Jacuzzi. Tennis buffs can choose from 18 courts. Sightseers will enjoy visiting Sam Houston State Park, the Crighton Theatre, and NASA (a two-hour drive away), plus many museums, festivals, and rodeos.
