The concept of owning your own holidays has proven ever popular with people making the decision to stop using package deals and upgrading the standard of their holidays to ownership.

PURCHASING & UPGRADING OWNERSHIP.

When purchasing, choose which Exchange Program you want your ownership in, either RCI or Interval International, and which country or area your resort needs to be located or tell us if you are after a week purely to use for exchange.

The price you pay for a Timeshare will depend upon a number of factors:

• The country within which the resort is situated
• The resort's status (family, RID or Gold Crown or 5*)
• The number of bedrooms and maximum occupancy
• The Time Band or Week Number (for example, school holiday weeks have higher exchange power: check the Calendars for change-over dates)
• When considering Floating Time: Peak Floating generally means you can holiday anytime - especially within the school summer holidays; Red Floating generally means that you can holiday anytime other than the school summer holidays)
• If you are looking to upgrade your existing ownership or buy a Timeshare purely to use for exchanging, then you may want to consider RCI Points

Before purchasing a timeshare you should consider:-

• If you are tied to holidaying at a particular time each year, then you should consider a fixed week at a resort.   Check out the calendars page for the week(s) numbers that correspond to your holiday period.
• If you holiday at a different time each year, consider a floating week or vacation points, which gives you the flexibility to select a different week each year.
• How many people normally holiday with you.   Consider the size of unit you require to ensure that all members of your party can be accommodated.
• If you're looking for a timeshare to use purely for exchange, consider the exchange power of the the timeshare.   You may also want to check out whether or not the week will cede to RCI Points for even more flexibility.
• If  you have specific holiday criteria, consider what onsite and local facilities and attractions suit your criteria, then check that the resort is able to provide these during your holiday stay as some resorts are seasonal.
